Boom Luffing Member

High-strength tension plate structure with high safety factor; can be transported with the boom for easy installation, labor-saving and efficient operation.

Mast

Box-shaped double-limb structure with excellent overall stability. Mast can be lifted up and lowered by the mast lifting cylinder.

Turntable

Key load-bearing structure connecting upper and lower vehicles, featuring a double-sided "I" beam box frame composite structure welded from high-strength steel plates. Connects to lower vehicle through slewing bearing with high strength and stability. Lifting Mechanism

Motor-driven planetary gear reducer system lifts main/auxiliary hooks via drum and pulley set. Features built-in planetary reducer and normally closed "spring brake/hydraulic release" system for safety. Uses high breaking force wire rope (φ26mm diameter).

Luffing Mechanism

Motor-driven planetary gear reducer achieves main arm luffing through drum and pulley set. Includes built-in planetary reducer with normally closed brake system and ratchet locking device (hydraulic cylinder driven) for multiple protection. Uses φ26mm high breaking force wire rope.

Slewing Mechanism

Internal meshing drive with slewing bearing enables 360° rotation. Features built-in planetary reducer with normally closed brake system and mechanical slewing locking device for enhanced safety. Includes free sliding function.

Slewing Bearing

Engineered for large load-bearing capacity, minimal slewing resistance, wear resistance and extended service life.

Cylinder Assembly

Power pin connections (oil cylinder driven) between boom/turntable, frame/track beam, and counterweight tray/turntable. Includes mast lifting, outrigger, and track tensioning cylinders for convenient installation. Control room features oil cylinders for vertical flipping and horizontal rotation.
