The SCC6500 crawler crane is engineered to address the complex safety requirements of urban construction environments with its advanced design and robust performance capabilities.
SCC6500 Crawler Crane Technical Specifications
Undercarriage System
  • Travel Drive: Dual-speed system with strong traction, capable of 70% load-carrying steering. Independent reducers enable flexible forward, backward, and on-the-spot steering.
  • Travel Brake: Normally closed brake system located inside the reducer with automatic compensation, requiring no adjustment. Brake releases automatically when travel handle is engaged.
  • Track Shoes: 136 total track shoes (1500mm width each) with hydraulic tension adjustment via jacks and gasket positioning for optimal tension.
  • Base Frame: High-strength welded structure with hydraulic cylinder-driven power pin connection for easy installation and disassembly.
  • Traveling Speed: Variable speed motor provides two ranges (0-1.0km/h high speed, 0-0.55km/h low speed) with infinite speed variation within each range for smooth operation.
Operating Equipment
